By signing up and actively using the tlcptr.com program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. tlcptr.com may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its affiliates. Affiliates will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an e-mail to their primary contact e-mail address provided upon signing up with tlcptr.com. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate your account at TLCptr.Your continued participation in the tlcptr.com program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.

Responsibility of Affiliates:
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this program. Our program is open to both US and International affiliates and is void where prohibited by local governing laws. All members must be able to read and understabd English. English test and cheaters test will be given often. We do use the strike three rule.
The webmaster of Deep-C-Links.com reserves the right to refuse to advertise sites that are clearly unsustainable as shown by their site information

You agree to and must use your own name and e-mail address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity. You may not sign-up multiple times with different e-mail addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing tlcptr.com account.

You will use your e-mail address / password combination to access your account, it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change this information by logging into your account and following the "User Account Info." link.

INACTIVITY POLICY, You are required to click at least one link per month to stay active. If your account should become inactive for more than 30 days it will be suspended. You will have an additional 30 days to contact admin to have your account reinstated. If no contact is made your account will be perminately deleted.

Cheating will not be tollerated. If you are caught cheating you will be deleted immediately and without warning. If you are deleted on one of my sites for cheating you will be deleted on all of my sites. In addition to that your name will be shared and published. CHEATING WILL NOT BE TOLLERATED.

You are solely responsible for any and all use of your tlcptr.com account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account.
You are solely responsible for any and all use of your account which also includes making sure that all user information is filled in. This includes all payment information!! Failure to have this completed will result in you receiving an Administrative email warning for which you must reply within 5 days. Failure to do so will result in the termination of your account!!

You must maintain your e-mail account that you used when signing up tlcptr.com. You agree to receive e-mail advertising from tlcptr.com. In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked to messages from tlcptr.com, your account will be terminated. This especially applies to e-mail accounts returned for being Full. Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic termination of account and Forfeiture of All earnings to date of termination. Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately.

Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by tlcptr.com be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation e-mail for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination. Any affiliates that are known hackers, cheaters or have committed any other illegal or fraudulent activities elsewhere have the right to be removed from our program without warning and their username and ID displayed/shared with other program owners as is appropriate.


Hidden IP's or computer ID's will result in deletion of your account. Those clicking the "Searches" interest box that are not from the list of approved countries found on that page will have their account suspended. In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked to messages from tlcptr.com, your account will be terminated. This especially applies to e-mail accounts returned for being Full. Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic termination of account and Forfeiture of All earnings to date of termination. Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately.


You must log into your account every thirty days (30) days, and you must click at least one tracking link minimum every thirty days (30)) days or your account will be deleted.

Vacation Mode is allowed for no more than a period of 60 days at one time. On the 7th day following the end of the said vacation time, if the member has not logged in and clicked at least 1 link, then his/her account will be deleted and all earnings will be forfeited. Members must get prior approval from the Webmaster if he/she requires longer time for vacation. If this is done, a notation will go into the members account if they have contacted the WM for such approval and they will not be deleted. Maximum allowed vacation time per calendar year is 120 days.

Having the correct interest checked.
Advertisers may want to target their ads to certain areas of interest. To be able to give you, as a member, the advertisements that are of interest to you, and to accommodate our advertisers, Wench Muffins Network requests that you check the interest that apply to you.
Any persons checking innappropriate interest boxes on the User Account Info page will have their account deleted.
This assists us in finding the members that can not understand English.
Selection of (Webmaster/Admin ONLY) is for Program owners and administrators ONLY.
If you are NOT from a search allowed country, do not select the SEARCH interest/keyword.
Affiliate member accounts, from non search countries, that have search keyword selected will be deleted and all earnings forfeit without warning.
If you check the "Searches" box as an interest and are not from one of the search countries allowed, your account will be deleted. Members will read terms and check the appropriate interest box indicating they have done so or they will be suspended and warned ONE TIME and are required to meet this requirement within 48 hours after being re-instated or they will be deleted and all earnings forfeited.
Allowed Search Countries:
You may have searches checked as an interest only if you are from the following countries:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France,Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States of America.
Individuals found to be using features specified as for search countries only or choosing interests in member profile restricted to countries on this list will have their accounts deleted and all earnings forfeited.

Relationship of the Parties:
You and tlcptr.com are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and tlcptr.com. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of tlcptr.com. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program.

Limitation of Liability:
tlcptr.com will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or tlcptr.com program, even if tlcptr.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, tlcptr.com aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

Payments:
Affiliates may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by tlcptr.com. Affiliates may earn by referring new affiliates to the tlcptr.com program. Affiliates will earn a percentage of advertising revenues collected by tlcptr.com.
